At Annevo, we believe in growing together through learning and sharing knowledge. Our study groups and inspirational talks are a key part of this. Recently, we focused on improving our UX writing skills to excel in that area. And it's not just about one person getting better; it's about all of us improving together. Let's hear directly from one of our own Annevo team members:
"UX writing is an important part of UX design, focusing on creating user-centered copy for digital products and services to guide users through their journeys. Given that UX designers often shoulder this responsibility, and we’re quite a few UX designers at Annevo, we’ve launched a study group to deepen our understanding of the subject and expand our range of skills.
Study groups here at Annevo usually kick off with a couple of enthusiasts keen on diving into a specific topic. They then rally others who share their interest, with the intention to explore and learn about the subject together. In the case of UX writing, we decided to take an online course together at the office. The course provided practical tasks for us to practice and discuss within the group.
Personally, I’ve learned a lot from completing the tasks and joining the discussions, but the real value often comes from applying skills to actual projects. That’s why our study group's next step is to evaluate Annevo's own website and put our newly acquired skills to work."
can't get enough?
